How do I place my order?

It’s quite simple to order from us. You can either phone your order through on 0121 448 0269, text your order to 07957 557886, email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or you can visit the contact us section of this website.

How soon will you leave my order?

If you place a new order before 11.00pm then your order will normally be delivered the following day (subject to availability). Our delivery week starts on a Monday so if you would rather start at the beginning of the week we can organise your deliveries to start then.

How often do you deliver in my area?

We provide a six day delivery to all of our areas of coverage Monday - Saturday. 

Are there any days apart from Sunday that you don’t deliver?

The only three public days that we do not deliver are Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

What if I want to alter or cancel a delivery?

You can text, email or phone us before 11.00pm the day before your delivery is due and your order will be changed or if you miss this time then simply put a note out with your empties. If you wish to order a product that is out of stock you will usually receive it within 48 hours.  

Do you offer a Christmas savings scheme?

We do offer a savings scheme whereby you buy savings stamps from us and redeem them for goods at Christmas time. If you would like to start saving with us please give us a call. If you pay your bill by bacs then we can post your savings stamps through your door and just add the cost to your bill.

Are your prices competitive?

We currently offer the cheapest fresh milk delivered in glass bottles to your door in Sutton Coldfield. We are also very competitive on the price of our 1 litre and 2 litre poly bottles. Every so often we run a promotion on  certain items, where the price is slashed, offering great value for money.

How fresh is your milk?

The milk we supply all comes from local farms and is delivered to us every day from Cotteswold Dairy in Tewksbury . We sell what is probably the freshest milk and dairy produce you will get anywhere in the Midlands, which is produced from local Cotteswold farms and because it is delivered daily you can rest assured that your milk is always of the very highest quality.

How do I pay for my order?

Our preferred payment method is by BACS but you can also leave payment out with your empties or send payment to the office every month.
