"When I switched to Sutton Coldfield Dairies to supply our office with milk, we had a few problems with the milk going missing. Sutton Coldfield Dairies went out of their way to ensure that we had milk each day by using a 'safe place' and they continue to do so. This is why I have put that their customer service was exceptional. The larger companies tend to just say that they will dock the price of the milk off your bill, whilst this is ok, it still leaves the customer with no milk!
